These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PureTensor Inc, a Delaware C-corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of pureclaw.ai (the "Website") and the PureClaw software platform (the "Software").
By accessing or using the Website or Software (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
PureClaw is an autonomous AI agent platform developed by PureTensor Inc. The Services include the pureclaw.ai website, the PureClaw open-source software (distributed under the MIT License), documentation, and related digital properties. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
The PureClaw software is released under the MIT License. Your use of the open-source Software is governed by the terms of that license, available at github.com/puretensor/PureClaw. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the MIT License with respect to the Software, the MIT License shall prevail for the Software itself. These Terms continue to govern your use of the Website and any managed services.
Content published on the Website may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. The Company makes no guarantee as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Users should independently verify information before relying on it.
The PureClaw name, logo, website design, and all non-software content are the exclusive property of PureTensor Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of these materials without written authorization. The PureClaw software code is governed by its MIT License.
You agree not to: attempt unauthorized access to the Services; use the Services for unlawful purposes; transmit malicious code; interfere with service infrastructure; use automated tools to scrape content; impersonate the Company; or reverse engineer any proprietary components of the Services.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services. The Company does not control or endorse third-party content and is not liable for any damage arising from your use of third-party services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD $100.00).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PureTensor Inc from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the State of Delaware.
Disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation (30 days). Unresolved disputes shall be determined by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
